Subway - Take the

Walk west to Fort Washington Avenue, and south to West 165th Street. Our facility is located on the southeast corner of 165th Street and Fort Washington Ave.
Long Island Railroad - Take LIRR to Penn Station. At Penn Station transfer to train Uptown. Please refer to Subway directions for further guidance.
Metro North - Take Metro North to Grand Central Terminal. At Grand Central Terminal transfer to the 
train towards Times Square Station. At Time Square Station transfer to the train Uptown. Please follow Subway directions for further help.
Via Bus From Manhattan - Take the M2, M3, M4, M5, M18, M100 or BX7 bus to 168th Street & Broadway or to Fort Washington Avenue. Our facility is on the southeast corner of 165th Street & Fort Washington Avenue. The M98 offers express service during rush hours to and from the Eastside to Washington Heights/George Washington Bridge.
Via Bus From The Bronx - Take the BX19, BX15, or BX101 to 125th street. Transfer to train Uptown at 125th Street subway station. Please follow Subway directions listed above.
